Shire Studio LLC is a small creative studio offering handcrafted candles, soaps, and original artworks. Our products are made with care and intention — we aim to bring warmth and artistry into your everyday life.

We do our best to describe and photograph products accurately, but due to the handmade nature of our items, slight variations may occur. Colors may also appear differently depending on your screen settings.

4. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at checkout via our secure payment providers.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including but not limited to: suspected fraud, errors in pricing, or product unavailability.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to the U.S. and select international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate; we are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.

6. Returns & Customer Satisfaction

We believe in our products and want you to love them too. Please refer to our Return Policy for detailed information.

In short: you can return most non-custom items within 14 days of delivery. We’ll offer a refund, exchange, or store credit — whatever feels right to you. Paintings are final sale. If something arrives damaged, contact us at shirestudiollc@gmail.com or text 801-661-7314.

All content on this site — including product designs, images, branding, and text — is the property of Shire Studio LLC. Please don’t use, copy, or reproduce any of it without written permission.
