At Shire Studio LLC, your happiness matters most. We handcraft every candle, soap, and piece of art with care, and we want you to feel just as good about your order as we did making it.

Returns & Exchanges

If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please reach out within 14 days of delivery. Whether it's a refund, store credit, or exchange — we’ll do our best to make it right.

What’s Eligible for Return

  • Candles & Soaps: We accept returns, even if used, as long as you provide a brief explanation. If there's a defect or the item didn't perform as expected, we'll cover return shipping.

  • Custom Items: Custom or personalized products can only be returned if there's a flaw or they malfunction.

  • Paintings: Due to their unique nature, paintings are final sale and cannot be returned.

Reporting Damages or Issues

If your order arrives damaged or something isn’t right, please let us know as soon as possible. You can:
